These terms bind you and UVW Group Sdn. Bhd. ("we") when you use the HPT Malaysia website and course (hptmalaysia.com). By registering or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the course

• HPT Malaysia is an online road hazard perception and awareness course.
• It is not a driving licence test, not a substitute for a licensed driving course, and is not run, approved or recognised by any government agency or road authority.
• Clips are 3D simulations. Legal summaries are for training only; refer to the law in force for the actual position.
• You remain fully responsible for how you drive and for obeying road laws.

2. Versions and access

• Free: sample clips, no certificate.
• Individual, one vehicle (RM38 per person): car OR motorcycle clips, 12 months' access from purchase.
• Individual, car + motorcycle (RM58 per person): car and motorcycle clips, 12 months' access from purchase.
• Company programme, Kursus Pemandu Bijak (RM700 per person): all five vehicles, access via cohort code for the period in the quotation.
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

3. Accounts

• One account per person. Do not share accounts or passwords.
• Register under your real name, as it is printed on the certificate.
• We may suspend accounts that are shared, manipulate scores or disrupt the system, without refund.

4. Certificates

• The Certificate of Completion is issued when you attempt every clip in a route and score at least 70% on follow-up questions.
• Certificates are valid for 2 years from issue and can be verified by certificate number or QR code.
• A certificate confirms participation and achievement in this course only. It is not a licence or official qualification.
• We may revoke certificates obtained through cheating or shared accounts.

5. Payment and refunds

Card and online banking payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Refunds are subject to the refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

All clips, questions, images and software belong to UVW Group Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. You may not copy, record, resell or distribute course content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any accident, injury, loss or fine incurred while you drive, whether or not you have completed the course. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

8. Changes

We may update the course content and these terms. Material changes will be announced on this site. The terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
