Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases of the HPT Malaysia course from UVW Group Sdn. Bhd.. It does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

1. Individual versions (RM38 and RM58 per person)

You are entitled to a full refund if all three conditions are met:

1. you apply within 7 days of purchase;
2. you have completed no more than 20% of the course clips; and
3. no certificate has been issued to your account.

Outside these conditions, payments are not refundable because the digital content has been supplied and used. Your access continues until the end of the 12-month period.

2. Company programme (RM700 per person)

• Cancellation before the cohort code is issued: full refund.
• After the cohort code is issued: refund for places not yet registered with the code, less the administration fee stated in the quotation.
• Registered participants are not refundable, but each place may be transferred once to another employee if the original participant has completed less than 20% of the course.
• Programmes funded by a training grant are also subject to the funder's conditions. Terms in a quotation or written agreement prevail over this policy where they differ.

3. Technical problems

If the course cannot be used because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within 7 working days of your report, you are entitled to a full refund even outside the periods above. Please try an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge) before reporting.

4. How to apply

1. Contact us with your account email and purchase date.
2. We will check your progress record and reply within 3 working days.
3. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Course access and any related certificate are cancelled when a refund is made.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly.
